Project Overview

 

This project provides a dwelling for TFT-LCD industries and assists in the development of the Southern Taiwan science and technology corridor.

 

The park, known as “Tree Valley Park”, is developed ecologically with water sources and trees and adjacent to the Southern Taiwan Science Park. It is the world’s first manufacturing area devoted solely to LCD industries and the land development has a total area of approximately 247 hectares including

 

• roads, parks and greenery,

• soil and water conservation,

• drainage and flood prevention facilities,

• power supply and telecommunications facilities,

• sewage collection and treatment facilities, etc.

The wastewater treatment plant is a 22,000 CMD plant with biological nitrogen removal function.
