Project Overview
The Project entails the DDC7 Civil and Structural Design Services which is one of seven detailed design packages for the Underground Works section of the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Serdang - Sungai Buluh - Putrajaya Line (known as KVMRT Line 2) in Kuala Lumpur.
It consists of three underground stations, namely Conlay Station, Chan Sow Lin Station, as well as alteration and additional works to Tun Razak Exchange Station.
CECI's role as designer involves the following types of activities:

Structural Engineering Design including foundation design;

Geotechnical Engineering Design;

Additional and alternation works to the existing railway station and its facilities (links and systems);

Infrastructure works in relation to or connected to the stations including earthworks, road works, drainage works, utility diversions, traffic diversions and management, walkways, substations and pedestrian bridges;

Coordination with other detailed design consultants;

Construction supervision;

Other activities, such as, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Risk Management, Interface Management, Value Engineering, etc.
