The Taiwan High Speed Railway Construction Project, the relocation of the railways serving Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung Metropolitan areas, upgrading and improvement of the round-the-island railway network and assistance to the government in promoting private investment for the High Speed Railway Project have all been made possible through the contributions and technical assistance of CECI as we enter a new era for Taiwan's railways.
