Project Overview

The site of the new head office for Chinatrust Commercial Bank is located in the center of Nangang Business Park in eastern Taipei.

 

The site area is approximately 30,700 square meters and includes three buildings having 5 basement levels and 14, 20 and 30 stories. These buildings are used as the office headquarters as well as a commercial center, a business hotel and parking lots. The entire floor space area is around 280,992 square meters.

 

CECI carried out the Professional Construction Management (PCM) Services for the Project including design review, tendering for construction, and construction management activities.
