Project Overview

The new China Steel Group Headquarters building located in Kaohsiung's Qianzhen District has four basement levels and 29 floors.  Built using the Up / Up construction method, the architecture features an exterior of bold geometric shapes with shiny angled surfaces that resemble the facets of a diamond.

 

The building's double-skin facade optimizes natural lighting while simultaneously reducing heat gain, and thus serving to minimize the building's carbon footprint.

 

CECI carried out both Professional Construction Management (PCM) and construction supervision services throughout its period of construction.
