Project Overview

 

The Ankeng Line will be operated under the authority of New Taipei City Government and is a Light Rail Transit (LRT) system which runs at ground level before switching to elevated mode and connecting with the Taipei Metro Yellow Line.

 

This LRT line has an overall length of 7.5 kilometers and includes 9 stations and one depot. After running at ground level for the first 5 stations of the route, the line then travels above the ground crossing over National Freeway No. 3 and the Xindian Creek before connecting to the Yellow Line where the Ankeng Line Station K9 will interchange with Shisizhang Station (Y8) of the Taipei Metro Yellow Line.

CECI is providing Detailed Design services to the main contractor of this turnkey type construction project (New Asia Construction).
