CECI continues to promote its consulting services with the Kingdom of Eswatini’s Royal Science and Technology Park (RSTP) while entering into a new Services Agreement with the RSTP on June 28, 2019, at CECI’s Head Office in Taipei for providing the Preliminary Planning Services of National Laboratories.
The Agreement is just the latest chapter in a long lasting relationship and series of projects that are being undertaken by both sides beginning with the Feasibility Study and Master Planning for a Biotechnology Park land development back in 2008.
Mr. Vumile Dlamini, CEO of the RSTP, expressed his appreciation to CECI for its continued technical contribution and support to the Kingdom, while another member of the visiting delegation, Vice Chancellor Professor Justice Mandla Thwala of the University of Eswatini, added that this new project will further boost opportunities and the economic development of the Kingdom.
The establishment of National Laboratories at the RSTP is expected to further leverage the science and technology sector and targeted industries at the Kingdom while facilitating related units in performing testing, inspection, certification, research, training and management activities.
